1 Star (would give zero if possible) While Mark is clearly knowledgeable about animals, he unfortunately lacks compassion and empathy — qualities that are just as important in veterinary care. My experiences with him have been deeply disappointing. Five years ago, I brought in a kitten covered in fleas and with severe gunk in its eyes that prevented them from opening. We found a 2-3 week old stray kitten and Mark was very kind and took it in. He is clearly a vet who leads with his heart. Very grateful for vets like him.
Can't recommend Mark and Lauren highly enough. Caring, knowledgeable, won't overcharge for unnecessary work. Got me in when Macleay Valley vet were rude and exorbitantly expensive.
