I purchased a new 79 LC, at Kempsey Toyota, this purchase went well. After being extremely disappointed with the vehicle I back traded at KMC Toyota. I was told the two vehicles and changeover money would be ready the next day. Days later Im chasing both money and vehicles. Picked one up 5 days later, not even detailed. Jayson cleaned on his day off. Took vehicle to my own mechanic as there was a noise in the front end. It took over a week for the second vehicle to be ready. Service department workman ship continues to be excellent after many years of using their services but my experience was tainted after speaking to a new staff member Courtney who unfortunately lacks customer service She was rude and dismissive of my questions Will come back but will not deal with this individual

I recently had an insurance claim on our Toyota Hi Ace van and upon departing the panel repair business in Cowra some 10 hours from home, within two minutes there was a noise from the fan/radiator area at the front of the motor. I informed the repairer and they instructed me to have it assessed at a Toyota Dealership near home and the claim was still open.
