Service department workman ship continues to be excellent after many years of using their services but my experience was tainted after speaking to a new staff member Courtney who unfortunately lacks customer service She was rude and dismissive of my questions Will come back but will not deal with this individual

I recently had an insurance claim on our Toyota Hi Ace van and upon departing the panel repair business in Cowra some 10 hours from home, within two minutes there was a noise from the fan/radiator area at the front of the motor. I informed the repairer and they instructed me to have it assessed at a Toyota Dealership near home and the claim was still open. I recently purchased a Rav4 from Toyota kempsey, although i was sceptical travelling from Sydney all the way to Kempsey to make the purchase, but the experience i got was fantastic, Jayson ( Business Manager) guided me along the process and provided details whenever required sent pics and videos of car to make me satisfied. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks Jayson and team.
