Had a breakdown related to the transfer case of the Landcruiser while on holidays - the car was dropped off without booking on Monday afternoon and until Thursday night there was no news on a solution. The communication was poor, the solution was quoted 5.6k ex. GST and told the parts were not available in Australia had to be ordered from japan. If i could give zero i would firstly the wild goose chase they put me on having me spend over 300 for diagnostics to find nothing and tp continue having issues that literally stemmed from the earthing cable not having been looked at and the matterial slipping to point wires were visable.. then there customer service skills regarfing just calling to book in for a service and pink slip they say they will call you back but never do i definately have been way to loyal a customer to them for past almost 3 years when they literall... read more
