First the good: The staff were courteous and helpful. The amenities, although old, were well maintained and clean. The park was secured by a fence all around with a coded entry gate. The price was quite reasonable and the booking process easy. The location is close to most of the Kempsey attractions, but read on... Make no mistake. This is a dump. Very old, not clean at all except for sheets and pillow case. Which is the only reason I stayed. Loud truck noise was drowned out by the roaring aircon built 30 or more years ago. The fridge froze my milk and cheese. The owners just don’t care. Also crappie locks so I would not suggest a woman stay alone. If I could give no star I would. The pits
I extend my sincere gratitude to Manager Miranda for her exceptional courtesy and assistance. Our initially planned short stay was extended due to inclement weather and vehicle access challenges, and Miranda consistently provided helpful support throughout. The drive-through sites were level, and the park and amenities were well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.
Tidy clean little park. Lovely girl on Reception. Some road noise if in a drive thru site but we never noticed it. Nice pool and clean facilities. The only problem is no dump site but you can dump for free at Showgrounds. Good for an overnighter as close to Freeway.
