Great service, great facility, great pricing. I am sorry to be leaving but will be back next time I need storage.
Do not book through these people. The hassle you have to go through. They gave me 30 access codes because none worked. I paid for a padlock I did not receive, and when I rang about a refund the manager at Kempsey was the rudest person I have spoken to in a long time. I still don't have my money and no one you speak to has any idea. There are plenty of other storage places that value their customers. Go to them.
Don not book through these people. The hassle you have to go through. They gave me 30 access codes because none worked. I needed a roller door unit, but the website doesn't make it clear, and then they tell you there is no guarantee they will refund your purchase even if you book the proper one. I will keep my belonging here until I find another and then leave. Never to return.
So very grateful for the great service and facilities for all our precious treasures. Kelly is wonderful and always looking after our requirements. Thank you!
