I went in at 3am on a Public Holiday. I was incredibly unwell and from the moment of triage, to my release 4 days later was superior. Lovely fresh, clean, modern hospital, doting staff, good food. I was really amazed as how well I was treated and how well they were able to get my health back on track-I was so scared I would need to be transferred, though they worked really hard to get me well. I think the hospital is the best thing Kempsey has offer. The staff should be very proud of their wonderful work. I am very grateful.

Attended this hospital 29/8/2025 after a spider bite. Arrived by ambulance and cannot thank the ambulance or hospital staff enough for the care they gave me. And the food was good too.

Absolutely hopeless!!! Worst hospital I have ever experienced in my 43 years of being a mother... there's no words... they.dont LISTEN TO YOU and just stick a bunch of needles in you and then when they can't diagnose you they say you have depression or some other imaginary thing and then send you home like a bashed up, stunned mullet wondering what just happened... well it is a training facility after all... silly me!!!! Omg

The nurses are amazing. I felt safe and taken care of at a time when I felt scared and worried. The best hospital on the mid north coast

I can't thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me yesterday afternoon enough. Dr Jeffrey Bolon and RN Shane saved my life. Kempsey hospital is the best and I've been in 3 different hospitals lately.
