WARNING this place is going downhill fast! I have been bringing my cars here for the past 5 years and was very happy with the service until recently. I would always deal with Justin, who was their only employee I have ever seen there. The owner was almost always there, but hardly ever said a word to me unless he had to, because Justin was not there 1 of the times i brought my truck in. Terrible Inspection Service, inconsistent with the Vehicle inspection report they provide, details are as follows: First, My original failure was completely valid, they did note real safety concerns, my E-break failure, which they said didn’t hold at 1200rpm even though it did when I tested it, however, it did get stuck after, which is unsafe; I had terrible tires which prompted me to see my mechanic that found another severe safety issue regarding my front right outer steering tie rod end, and then some minor issues like a ... read more

If you wanna feel like a worthless piece of trash I highly recommend this place. They made me wait for 15 minutes while I waited inside my car for a state inspection while doing nothing inside the building and not even telling me a word. Weirdos! Awful customer service! When I started pulling my car out the bald mechanic came telling me that he would do my inspection in 5 more minutes. I just left and headed to Dunstable auto Mechanic across the street from the PD. There I was treated like a real customer! Screw Kemps!
