Great service!
Good customer service is increasingly difficult to find. Kurt went out of his way to try to resolve our issue by phone, saving us a costly service call. While his three separate phone calls were unsuccessful, I appreciated the attention. He was very courteous and prompt when he ultimately had to come out.
