Got old blower fixed and works like brand new. More puff then I can ever remember. Remember One man band so will take a some weeks to get to it back. Patience required. Fixes things with own engineering skills as a bit of solder fixed pole trimmer previously. Cost is reasonable. Other places do over servicing and over charge.
I took my chainsaw to have a fuel blockage fixed. After waiting three times as long as promised, I picked up the saw, took it home, only to realise it hadn't been fixed at all. I took it back to Charles, who then accused me of having "done something to it". I assured him I'd merely taken it home and tried to start it. He wouldn't believe me and told me to leave it with him. He was unbelievably rude, offensive and quite aggressive. This was now 2 weeks ago and no-one answers the phone.
Great service
Friendly and easy to communicate with. The trimmer head wasn't screwing on correctly and had a fix for me right there. Will be back again
