Very noisy for local residents who live nearby. The factory has increased noise levels ridiculously high in the last ten years. There is rarely a moment when the noise ever stops. Noise dampeners, better landscaping with noise suppressing trees, and walls to contain the noise would be helpful. But profits matter more than being a good neighbor as it took a WTMJ-TV report for the factory to fix a flow problem that resulted in a horrible stench for weeks a few summers ago. There is only a very small reference to low fat content on the top of the package. The last two times I bought Kemps Ice cream it was low fat - never buying Kemps again with their deceptive packaging.
