EDIT: 20 days later the putty is still “soft”, Decided to remove it completely. Will do it myself properly. I chose this shop because I needed five timber frames reglazed quickly and accepted the fastest quote. I was promised the work would be ready in two days, but it took over 10 days. I had to phone and email multiple times to get updates — this level of chasing is not acceptable. I highty recommend Kemps Glass, fast, friendly and great communication. One phone call and they came the very next day on time. Supplied and fitted a cat door for me. Thank you guys.

This review is not about the quality of the work he does. I am sure he does good work. The items in the shop are lovely. He is overpriced. We had several lead light windows that needed repair and the quote was very high. We asked if we could negotiate the price to something we thought was more reasonable. Instead he was very offended and did not want to work with us at all. He didn't feel "valued." That's fine because we decided we wouldn't want to work with him, either. Excellent experience! Great communication, organised for a cat door to be installed while I was out, it’s perfect and place was left clean and tidy.
