Not happy had a ring repaired and with new claws week later the main stone came out and lost the stone cost me 50 00 and now have a ring I paid to be repaired ,,,,, no good
Popped in to the shop recently whilst in Bristol. There was a customer appointment already ongoing so after pressing the bell we were waiting outside for a few minutes which is fair enough for security reasons I suppose. On entering was met by a rude older male who expressed through his body language and speech that we were clearly a nuisance as he said words to the effect of "What do you want". Came in looking for a new silver clasp for my necklace. Was done in 5 minutes for a tenner. Great turnaround time, polite staff and quality service. Can’t ask for more.
Our clock stopped working so we left it in with Kemps. They had it for 9 weeks during time we had to initiate contact to establish what was happening. Despite assuring us that that they would keep us informed about what was happening they failed to do so. Finally, when we made our last visit they informed us that it had been repaired and returned to them three weeks beforehand.
