No one there understands what the word "reserve" means. They rented out a skidsteer to someone else when we already reserved it. Now we have a load of rock coming with no way to move it.
I hate posting a negative review. We needed to rent table and chairs for a rather large birthday party and decided to rent from the Huxley store because we wanted to stay locally, since a close relative is a business owner in Huxley. Customer service was a problem, phone calls and messages were not returned and I finally had to contact the corporate store in order to get the gentleman in Huxley to return my call.
