I have been stewing on this review for a few months but I have to post it. I took in a window and slider screen to get re-done and the experience was horrible. I was told 2-4 weeks which seemed long but I agreed. I called after 5 weeks and was told they were almost done and to come in the following week to pick up. I went in the following week and they were not done. This same process happened 3 additional times. Really? Rented table and chairs for our son’s graduation and this is what we got. Dirty and muddy! Had to power wash each one and then only would give half of our money back for chair rental.
