I have been stewing on this review for a few months but I have to post it. I took in a window and slider screen to get re-done and the experience was horrible. I was told 2-4 weeks which seemed long but I agreed. I called after 5 weeks and was told they were almost done and to come in the following week to pick up. Rented table and chairs for our son’s graduation and this is what we got. Dirty and muddy! Had to power wash each one and then only would give half of our money back for chair rental.
Rented a skid loader and was doubled charged until I dropped it off and when I mentioned it they fixed it. When I called in Monday to speak to a manager to make sure it was fixed since it was over the weekend and the kid working was not sure he told me it was fixed. I then reserved the mini excavator for the following weekend with him. At the governor's Car show . Walked over needed a lawn chair . Mr collin the manager sold me a chair and then proceeded to drive me to the car show right down the road he wouldnt let me walk all that way with the chair . HE NEEDS A RAISE !!!!! VERY good employee i just want his good deed to be known thank you !!!
