I was potentially a new customer. I was referred to them by my friend who is a current patient. Unfortunately, they have not hired the smartest receptionist. This lady talks uneducated, rude and not medically professionally. I called and was put on hold 5 times before being transferred. I will say I ended up speaking to Angela about my coverage. She took the time to explain coverage and addressed all my questions in a very detailed and professional manner. If you do business here stay away from Yvonne.
If you are on ******** save yourself the time and energy ,, They will tell you anything to get you off the phone and do nothing promised .. YOU FAIL KEMPF !!!
