I went to look at a truck. Walking around in noticed that the tires were below the wear bars, and 2 out the 4 tires had screws in the tires. When I asked the detail guy about it (the only person there & noone would answer the phone), he got an attitude. I asked how did it get inspected and the tires won't pass inspection. He then got an attitude with me, starting raising his voice. When I asked why is he raising his voice, he said I hurt his feelings. No wonder cars set on Queen St location for long periods of time.
Sent a message about a truck that I want gone and sent 1 message and I responded and never replied back I try calling figuring they are busy and 2 days on a row they don't even answer a phone I don't know how they keep the business running but I'll have to call someone els
Took my old girl away, very thankful for the service.
