Be careful with Renee she don't mind entering the wrong information for your debit card and your payment gets declined and then you have to call back the next day to make a payment. She was asked to please enter the correct information she got mad put me on hold without saying hold on and someone else picked up the phone to take the payment bc she slow
Be careful with the slow one (Renee) working in the office, she will most definitely enter the wrong information for your card number when trying to make a payment over the phone and get your card declined. Good luck calling bc they hardly ever answer the phone. Plz don’t ask for the office manager bc Jakira gonna tell you they all in a meeting & they will call you back.
