My son had an appointment with the nurse practitioner yesterday. I took off work, drive him 30 minutes to the appointment only to be completely stood up. It wasn't until I called and left a voicemail that it occurred to them that they should email me and call me to let me know the nurse practitioner is no longer with them. I only made this appointment a couple of weeks ago. Did they not know she was leaving? How hard it is to notify people on the books that their appointment will be cancelled?
