Not one to typically leave a review, however in this case I feel it's important given the amount of money people will be spending. I spent 5 hours testing, with the proctor utilizing material that is literally decades old. In the most glaring example of how dated the material is, one of the images used in the testing was of a noose. That image was covered up with a new image because nooses are obviously concerning, but keep in mind that ALL the material is from the same period. My son had an appointment with the nurse practitioner yesterday. I took off work, drive him 30 minutes to the appointment only to be completely stood up. It wasn't until I called and left a voicemail that it occurred to them that they should email me and call me to let me know the nurse practitioner is no longer with them. I only made this appointment a couple of weeks ago. Did they not know she was leaving? How hard it is to notify people on the books that their appointment will be cancelled?
