I joined Kempe Fit with my son, and it has been an incredible experience for both of us. The studio specializes in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and the classes are excellent. My son was initially intimidated before attending any of the classes but that quickly went away after his first class and has grown to love the training and gained a lot of confidence. Absolutely love this gym. The comradery and inviting atmosphere is amazing. Deb and Bernie are wonderful active owners. The coaches are wonderful and compassion with the Littles.

Great gym for both adults and kids! Coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and make training fun. My daughter loves the classes and is learning confidence and discipline. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive—highly recommend!
