Had Kemp come out to excavate a trench. They came out in the rain and started work. I contacted Mr Kemp and yold him the trench was washing in as they were excavating it. His response was "dig it out with a shovel". Mind you this is a 280 foot trench that washed about 18 inches back in. The width of the trench did not allow for a bucket to dig it out. In the end I had to higher a 2nd excavating company to finish the job correctly. Mr Kemp sent me a bill ($1300 higher then estimated) for the full job even though he didn't com... read more
