I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this location! Lance brought my hat back to life with his DaVinci level shaping skills, and the vibe in the speakeasy is fabulous. Perfect way to round out our girls trip :)
I have to take moment to say thank you to Tyler! He was so kind and patient and helped me design my new prized possession. I’ve been wanting to personalize a hat since I walked into the Aspen store a few years ago and finally decided to get one. Tyler was so wonderful and helpful and made my dream of an experience the best. The speakeasy bar in the back is the coziest, cutest space to celebrate with a cocktail after as well. I’ll be honest I was nervous after reading the reviews, but knew I wanted to make a hat. Lance was great, took his time helping me put things together, shaping the hat to look perfect on me, and just really being kind. So ignore the reviews if you’re really looking forward to the experience!
Tyler at the Kemo Sabe store in Utah was incredible. He helped me with styling and fitting and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. His attention to detail and knowledge really showed, and he took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and looked great. Outstanding customer service Tyler truly goes above and beyond!
