My initial experience customizing a hat at this store in Utah wasn’t the best, but after speaking with a manager, everything completely turned around. I was lucky to be paired with Alison, an incredible associate who patiently walked me through every detail and helped rebuild my hat from scratch. The products appear to be viable. However, if you don’t look like you have money… wearing the Gucci, Louis, Prada, Armani, then plan to wait awhile while others behind you get ahead of you. I had money to spend but wasn’t able to based on appearance. Maybe better luck at another location.
Large store. 2 stories. Lots of light. Had an authentic story of school Native American jewlery store feel to it. Get there. Lots of Jewlery. Get a cowboy hat. They will brand it. Staff were friendly.
The customer service was great!! Love they brand most of your stuff, and the speakeasy bar had good music, good vibes, and good drinks
