The people there are awesome to deal with but the company is less than desirable in my opinion still trying to get a windshield replacement with full glass coverage and they want to use cheep replacement that won't look correct

Terrible customer service! My policies were moved to this company from Mahar insurance in Dowagiac and what a terrible transfer! The receptionist Shawn is the most unpleasant person have spoken to in quite sometime. Attempting to cancel all policies with this miserable agency!
Charged me $100 to cancel a policy I didn't need, want, or ask for.
