Was pondering over whether to leave this review but I will. Not sure what the receptionist is playing at with her attitude! She’s rude and has no people skills at all. Why is it every time you try make an appointment you have to wait over 4 weeks. The Kemnay surgery used to be a great wee place but unfortunately I think it’s time a couple of the receptionists hung up their attitudes.
Wait time for appointments is too long. Follow up support is very slow and help offered is minimal. Getting an appointment for my 6 yr old with a throat infection would have been 2 weeks. Reception told us to go to the local pharmacy, they immediately said they don't deal with such things. I have an ongoing problem that stops me working, two weeks again for a telephone appointment. I now need information from my medical records, but am getting no help and have waited two weeks for a reply which has just given me the hospital... read more
Very no helpful and rude receptionist and not good gp at all.
Lovely nurse, made sure I was calm for drawing my blood. Had a great chat and was really helpful.
