Shop around first! We will see if this review is left up. The business owner, Matthew, has deleted the only two I have ever tried write, so not sure how that provides clients with an unbiased review base. I only do this to ensure others are aware of possible issues as I wish I had been when I chose to accept his "so called offer." Ms. I was very upset when the "deposit" was not returned as promised once we decided to go with another photographer. The receptionist promised the $50.00 deposit was just to hold the appointment. When I called back she stated that the deposit would be returned. Then when I checked a week and a half later it was still not returned. I called and it escalated up and I was told it was a non refundable "retainer". That was the first time I had heard that word used by the company. Then he said we do not tape record our calls.
