We have been in our new home a little over a year, and we love it! Kemick Builders did a wonderful job, and working with them was a pleasure. Highly recommend you go in and meet with them. I know this lovely family will win you over, and they will take good care of you.

Ask around. If you speak to enough former customers the true picture will emerge. Also, check the public record for bankruptcies and lawsuits. Trust only what you discover not what you’re told. Strongly suggest you bring in an attorney right from the start because the contract is all that matters…everything else is sales/marketing. True in general, but especially with Kemick.
We're very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of our custom home built by Kemick. The attention to detail in the finished product truly stands out, and we've received many compliments on the design and build quality. Moreover, the team has been responsive, helpful, and committed to making sure everything is right — even years after moving in. We’re proud of our home and appreciate that Kemick has shown care for us as a client even after the project was completed.
