Meeting Larry and Melissa Kemick early 1989. While I was on duty FHP, Larry was running a call with the Fire Department on the I75. The Kemick 's built my family home. It is the best quality home I have ever lived in. If you can dream it the Kemicks will build it for you.I have referred others that are just as pleased as I have been. Ask around. If you speak to enough former customers the true picture will emerge. Also, check the public record for bankruptcies and lawsuits. Trust only what you discover not what you’re told. Strongly suggest you bring in an attorney right from the start because the contract is all that matters…everything else is sales/marketing. True in general, but especially with Kemick. We love our new home! Prior to building with Kemick, my wife and I had built five homes, so we came into this process with high expectations and plenty of experience. This was, by far, the best home-building experience we've ever had. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional.
