Kind of hoping they'll read this and respond since they dont respond to phone messages, phone calls where you talk to a live person or email. We bought a house with a leased Kemgas tank. I called to set up service, that seemed to go ok, only I discovered that the tank was empty. I immediately called to inform them and ask for delivery. Was told "we'll get back to you". Wow, Kemgas replaced some equipment on my tank last november. 4 months later the dial they replaced says I have 50% but I'm out of propane and they won't come refill it urgently, all they say is "some time next week." No heat, no hot water, my mother is 83 years old, disabled. 36 degrees overnight. Just wow.
The customer service here is excellent. They are very professional, return calls quickly and follow through on delivery times and the drivers are respectful of our property. Kem Gas called me to alert me of a gas leak line leading into our house that needed to be repaired avoiding a potential hazard.
