I've been a very happy Kemgas customer for nearly 10 years, but they truly went above and beyond yesterday (the day after Thanksgiving) to rescue our holiday weekend. Our propane tank gauge read 30% full, so I was waiting to order a refill until Spring, but then on Thanksgiving Day (luckily just after we finished preparing our multi-course family feast) our propane RAN OUT -- no stove top cooking, no fireplace (our sole heating source), no hot water. Kind of hoping they'll read this and respond since they dont respond to phone messages, phone calls where you talk to a live person or email. We bought a house with a leased Kemgas tank. I called to set up service, that seemed to go ok, only I discovered that the tank was empty. I immediately called to inform them and ask for delivery. Was told "we'll get back to you". Three days later I get an email saying my account has been set up. I call again and ask when I will get propane. Am again told "we'll get back to you". The ne... read more

Wow, Kemgas replaced some equipment on my tank last november. 4 months later the dial they replaced says I have 50% but I'm out of propane and they won't come refill it urgently, all they say is "some time next week." No heat, no hot water, my mother is 83 years old, disabled. 36 degrees overnight. Just wow.
