Wow, Kemgas replaced some equipment on my tank last november. 4 months later the dial they replaced says I have 50% but I'm out of propane and they won't come refill it urgently, all they say is "some time next week." No heat, no hot water, my mother is 83 years old, disabled. 36 degrees overnight. Just wow.
The customer service here is excellent. They are very professional, return calls quickly and follow through on delivery times and the drivers are respectful of our property. Kem Gas called me to alert me of a gas leak line leading into our house that needed to be repaired avoiding a potential hazard.
They ripped our gate wide open and off the hinges the second time they filled our tank. Our dogs all ran away.
Aweful aweful buisness. They literally lie cheat and steal.
Beware of this company they promise the earth but deliver nothing. Despite numerous phone calls have been unable to find the status of our account. Pleasant enough when you call them but they never follow up, just leave you hanging.
