The customer service here is excellent. They are very professional, return calls quickly and follow through on delivery times and the drivers are respectful of our property. Kem Gas called me to alert me of a gas leak line leading into our house that needed to be repaired avoiding a potential hazard.
They ripped our gate wide open and off the hinges the second time they filled our tank. Our dogs all ran away.
Aweful aweful buisness. They literally lie cheat and steal.
Beware of this company they promise the earth but deliver nothing. Despite numerous phone calls have been unable to find the status of our account. Pleasant enough when you call them but they never follow up, just leave you hanging.
If I could give no stars, I would. Do not use this company. We have been using them for several years now and in the beginning they were great. Recently, however, they are terrible. The last 3 times we have called for propane delivery, the driver did not show up. At all. We still have no propane, with almost an empty tank over the holidays… and I have tried to call them 8 times already. After 10 minutes on hold, the call gets dropped. 8 times!
