The man they keep sending to my store to fix our small barista fridge does not have a clue what he is doing!! They have sent him 4 or 5 times now for the same fridge. He keeps saying it's our fault but we don't touch anything but open and close the door to take stuff out and put stuff in. Please don't send the man with the ponytail back!!! And cowboy hat back to our store Panera Bread on Gunbarrel Rd
If I could give this company a -5 I would! we work on our kemco water heater every single night and can’t get anybody to come and fix this or at least answer the phone or call us back do yourself a favor and hire a redneck and give him some wood and a match and a big tank of water with a pump and heat water that way
BEWARE of Tom Vandenheuvel and his shady business practices. Our company bought a brand new system and it rusted within the 1st week. There were quite a few other companies that received a "bad batch" of pumps. To my knowledge, they have all been replaced at no charge, except for ours. Tom enjoys torturing small, women owned businesses. Shame on you Kemco for allowing Tom to behave so badly and not stand by your product. 24/7 tech support is a lie, it doesn'texist. The system we have sucks. Even Kemco techs can't get it to run like it should. Terrible equipment.
