I had a truly awful experience with David when he did our taxes. From the start, he was incredibly condescending and interruptive, constantly talking over me and making assumptions about my career, income, and even my car. It felt invasive and unprofessional. His advice was also completely contradictory to what we were told by his business last year, leaving us confused and frustrated.
