I've been a member since they were located in the Journal Star. They've always been fair and patient with me during trying times. Bummed they no longer offer the expresss loan though.

Been with the bank for 20+yrs. Always friendly.
I went to deposit money in an old account I had with them and they took my money with inactivity fees. I won't bank with them now. Why would I put money in if I will lose it.
