Used this venue twice and both times had a seen some of the same issues with unorganized tickets, mean crowds, security that doesn’t stop big issues until they get out of hand but stops small nonissues. Also the pit is filled with piss cause people are not allowed back in for over an hour line if they use the bathroom. Super disappointed.

Kemba is easy to find, parking garage within walking distance. They staff moved fast to keep wait time down. The event I attended was outside. Lawn area for general admission is on a downward hill. Plenty of space to where I didn't feel stacked.

Great place. Pit is pretty big. Workers are on point with emergency issues. Pretty cut and dry on where to go once inside. Definitely plan on going back.

The venue was so confusing, staff told us wrong directios for getting into the bar, after waiting 4 hours in the line they told use to get in,then we couldnt get in. We paid extra for quick pas and the let GA got in before Quick pass! Advance parking was not opened until 530pm !!! More wasted money, who gets there that late??? Got into the pits and for 5 hours we were not allowed to get drinks or use the bathroom, so everyone was peeing in the PIT ! 5 people passed out before the first song. Easily the worst concert venue I’ve ever been to. So unorganized, and never pay for quick pass because it does not help you out. We sat there all day since 5:30 am for a concert, I also had quick pass and when it came down to let us in, they let the General Admission in at the same time. We ended up far behind people who had just gotten there a hour before the concert after being there all day long.
