Friendly employees and good experience
This is the only branch I go to and it is always quick, easy, and everyone is friendly. Jeremy at this branch is the best to work with! He answers all of my questions and always gives me the best input.

I wouldn't recommend. I had 2 fraud charges using my debit card on my checking account and specifically asked when reporting the fraud if money would be pulled from my savings account to cover the fraud. I was assured that would not be the case. I was strongly encouraged to file a police report since it was close to $1000, and I immediately did so after speaking with Kemba. Yall are a garbage bank Definitely not a bank that is helpful. First credit union in my life that I've experienced this. A 100k + plus account and they block you won't allow money to be deposited. Quick to say fraud but will never call you about it. Long story short. 5 years wasted building a relationship with a shitty bank. Save the headache and go to the next credit union
