Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don’t even take care of their own business obligations. If they can’t be trusted to pay their B2B bills, how can you trust them to take care of your order? Avoid this place.
