A year ago I hired Eugene & I would not want anyone to experience what I went through. At the time, I dealt with the headache from what was suppose to be a three week job turned into three months. He says he is a Christian who prays every morning with his crew - lies. Honest and will make sure the customer is satisfied -lies. Good, honest, trustworthy contractors are very hard to find!
Beware of Eugene and any of his subs, terrible quality work, completely unacceptable. I've heard he is out of business which is as it should be but just in case he shows up again I would avoid at all costs.
Hired to preform some minor repairs on a house before closing. Provided a professional looking quote for completion of all the work. After reviewing the property after the work was supposed to be completed, the majority of the work was not even completed. One window had a crack which was supposed to replaced. The window was replaced but wasn't even close to matching the window on the other side. This was about the only work on the quote that was completed. Obviously the workers are blind. Eugene Kemac is a joke. Everyone that works for him is on on meth. None of them are professional or realy know how to do anything. And he manipulates people with skills of the trade, for his crew to use other peoples tools and does not repair or replace them. Putting a young family man like me out of work with 5 disfunctional tools to look for more work.
