Kelz was very rude. I had and appointment and was going to be late due to life crisis. The service Was already paid for for 3 weeks. I couldn’t reach him for a week prior to my appointment. He was very hostile on the phone he showed no genuine care and he made me scared!! I couldn’t get a word out and he was very angry. He has a quick temper. I'm sorry about your negative experience, we strive to make every customer happy. But in review of your concerns. Let's first establish the time line. Initial service was on the 8th-9th of July. You brought your car for an a/c recharge and diagnostic 3 weeks ago. The charge for that service was 50 dollars. During the diagnostic it was determined that your AC compressor was malfunctioning. RecommendedJames has been my mechanic for years! He definitely know what he is doing. He doesn’t charge you for things that your car doesn’t need! He is very straight forward and his prices are very reasonable!

I brought my work truck to Kelzs to rebuild my transmission. My experience was nothing short of 5stars! Excellent customer service! Explained everything up front. Reasonably prices, honest, fast and reliable.
Very good mechanic kind of arrogant but I guess it's the nature of his beast I won't go anywhere else truly one of the best in the business!!
