Dresses are lovely, unique and beautiful. The prices are very reasonable. However, Worst "bride to be" experience ever! The wedding dress was delivered 3 weeks before the wedding day. It was damaged, owner offered to repair, alterations would have taken more time, bride accepted the dress damaged anyways (it was fully paid for). When the seamstress was working on the dress, she noticed water damage to the bottom of the dress. The seamstress contacted the owner and shared several photos of the damage. I came to see Kelyta on February 4th this year, it was a great experience. I picked my dress we ordered and was on our way. She told us the dress would arrive at the end of April. After that she did not contact us so on May 6th I messaged her, AFTER she would not respond to my mom’s 3 messages. She booked me for May 13th, and an hour before my appointment canceled and said the dress has not even arrived yet. She rebooked for the 24th and then canceled that appointment, then rebooked again for Friday May 31st saying the dress... read more
I wouldn't recommend. She was great when we bought the dress, but when it came to the fitting to hem the dress was a challenge. She canceled on us several times , her communication to get back to us was hours sometimes days. So we had a friend schedule appointment so we could at least pick up the dress, for one of our canceled appointments and she was a available to sale you a dress but not hem? Then we asked for our dress and apparently they are not on site, so at 540 pm she called and said the dress was on it way , but she... read more
Kelyta’s was a great experience, it was easy to set an appointment by call/text. Kelyta’s is a welcoming family run business with heart and compassion and does alterations on spot and prices were great. Thanks again!
