Receptionist thinking there doctors and doctors not wanting to be doctors!! Useless surgery
I would just like to thank Clare Johnson one of the nurses at kelvin grove ... ive only recently been out of hospital..the appointment was on time and all the way through my appointment Clare was professional and showed an empathy and kindness which by the time i left the surgery i felt better and more positive before I went in ...thankyou
An excellent GP practice had to attend today for booked appointment with diabetic nurse who was very professional and thorough. I had a another issue which needed a GP who was also very nice and professional and sorted my health concern. Thank you very much and so pleased I am a patient at this practice.
Since I’ve been at kelvin grove surgery I have to say so far the have been really polite staff reception always doing there best to help always point you in the right direction you can get same day appointments if it’s a true emergency like needing antibiotics for ear infections chest infections the doctors and nurses are very nice and a good listening ear I went with a few problems that they sorted out yes the doctors odd a busy place so for other appointments you my need to wait a while longer but worth the wait so I’m giv... read more
