Tried to go in at noon not realizing that's when they take lunch. My fault not theirs. Talked to receptionist said they were still with a patient and would be taking a late lunch be back around 2pm. No problem. They came back around 2pm was third to check in and be called back got shuffled around rooms for over 1 1/2 hours then heard staff saying I'd be skipped in the hall after nurse assured me there was only two patients in front of me. 20 min later checked and all but one patient who checked in after me were gone. I called to make an appt for my husband. She said they weren't taking any more MEDICAID patients till first of the year. Why did she say we were on Medicaid??? We pay over $1000.00 a month for health insurance. I told her that and we had been assigned to their office since the first of 2009. She said they still did not have any appts. The she HUNG UP ON ME.
