We have seen Dr Lau for over a year with a rare diagnosis- my kids are in great hands here- Dr Lau and his staff have been amazing with our family working with us- - getting appointments done in a timely manner- working with our sons school to make sure everyone is on the same page while keeping us updated and cared for.
Dr Lau is amazing. Great bedside manner and explains everything in detail. He is patient and kind as well making sure you feel comfortable with everything. I highly recommend!
In the words of our teen: “Dr. Lau is a God”. Adolescent exaggerations aside, Dr. Lau boasts impressive credentials, and is a dedicated caring doctor, thorough and kind. He is patient, soft-spoken, does not jump to conclusions, weighs in all facts. He is easy to connect with, comes off as very personable. He takes the time to explain in detail the diagnosis and the procedures. We trust his judgement and have been grateful for all his help and care.
This is my son's cardiologist. Dr. lau is an amazing cardiologist. Very knowledgeable. Explains in detail. He makes sure we understand everything before leaving. His staff is #1. They're on top of stuff and organized. I would highly recommend!
My son sees Dr. Lau... who I am happy with. But the billing department has been nothing but a headache since September of 2020. They billed me for the wrong doctor. It took one year to correct and just because I kept insisting and went and got a copy of my son's medical records. They misplaced a payment. Each month I am on the phone with them about something.
