Went here for a blood test. Was quite a large blood test as needed two for two different things. I walked straight in, instantly was called in (thought I’d jumped the queue and questioned it!) I am petrified of needles and had dreaded this the whole week. The nurse I got was AMAZING! I’ve never had a blood test be so gentle, barely felt the needle. I see Dr Skellern and she has been fantastic but yesterday could not get into see her. I seen Dr Thonell instead and left there in tears. Was told my Neutropenia was probably due to my smoking ah hello Neutropenia is a blood disorder that I was probably born with but he didn’t want to listen to me.
The lady handing the accounts window on 17.2.2026 ( Tuesday) at 5 pm was engaged in gossip with her team mate. I waited for about few minutes before one of her colleague reminder her that someone is waiting for you. After that her body language was so dull becoz she missed the gossip which she was indulged in. Very unprofessional behaviour.
Poor communication with Firearm Health Assessment. Was told I could see a doctor as a new patient and drove 50 minutes to be told that he wont complete it.
Despite being in my 80th. year, I was harassed and threatened by a female receptionist to pay a bill before the due date; this had been bulk billed prior to this. Our doctor has been insistent on constant one-hour assessments; most of which we have refused. My assessment is very inaccurate, especially re medications. Our doctor has also seriously misdiagnosed.
