So amazing. They ran to the rescue with no hesitation. Best price, best customer service and garentee there work. I absolutely recommend to Anyone who needs any plumbing work done.
They replaced an outside pvc pipe that burst during the winter storm and left us without hot water. It was a pretty simple job so I was surprised when they charged me $225. I don't know if it's a fair price or not, but I've had more extensive work done that costs less. They completed the job but didn't plug the hot water unit back in so I had to jump out of a cold shower and run outside and plug it back in.
Thank you Kelson Plumbing. Even in the weird snow here in Pensacola they were able to talk me through unfreezing my water heater. They provided exceptional directions over the phone. Without even seeing what is happening Kelson plumbing was able to help me. Just me explaining what I see it tells me they know what they are doing. I will be going back to Kelson plumbing if I have any issues.
September 30, 2024 We unfortunately had to have our drain lines replaced. I had called a company, but they never returned my calls. Someone then referred Kelson Plumbing to us, I gave them a call and they quickly got everything going. The process went smoothly from the start to the inspection and then the covering up. I believe we got a fair price and am very pleased with Charlie and Tony's work.
