The reception staff are so rude and unhelpful! I had test done which I’m so worried about the results, rang up for the results they didn’t even ring me (even though the doctor wants to see me) They booked me in for a telephone appointment and claimed they rang me 3 times, so I’ve to sit for 2 days on test results that could be very bad for my health. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel genuinely disrespected and that my time has been completely disregarded by this medical centre. I've been to this clinic several times now, and every single time I had a booked appointment in advance. Despite always arriving early or on time, I’ve had to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes just to see the doctor. Been here previously and the doctor was fantastic🤗 Went again today, had a different doctor and she was rude, didn't listen, made me feel like a fool... Will find another clinic!!
