First time I came , I saw dr Muhabeer- a very professional doctor who took very good care of me. I went again with another doctor as he was unavailable, with Dr John and I am not coming back. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and charged me for a longer consult because we went over literally one minute over the short consult. Ridiculous! The secretary was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid
0 stars Dr Mary John was very inconsiderate and ignorant towards my concerns and even disrespectful questioning my own personal experiences with pain and chronic illness, AVOID HER AT ALL Costs.if a person has spinal issues(scoliosis) of COURSE I’m going to be I pain and NEED physio, she denied it saying, “what’s wrong with you”??? “You don’t need physio” that’s for people with injuries!!!!!!!
Never ever going back. Waiting time is insane. Worst time management. Always let's you wait more than 20/30 minutes. I would highly recommend not going to this clinic if you don't want to waste your time waiting...
They sent my wife's scan results and referral to entirely the wrong specialist and, at a later appointment, the doctor raised her voice at my wife and implied it was my wife's fault that the referral was sent to somebody my wife had not even asked for? My wife asked to speak to the practice manager. She was busy, apparently, but would phone my wife. The practice manager did not phone my wife.
