Kelsie's studio is incredible! Kelsie's classes are small and intimate which allow the instructors to give direct feedback to their clients.The instructors are very accommodating and provide modifications for all their exercises. In addition to 'in person' classes, Kelsie also offers virtual classes to complete at home. Overall, Kelsie's classes are quick AND effective-- perfect for everyone.

Small and intimate. I love the classes here. I am updating my review. I LOVE this place. I went to my first Barre 'dance party' by Morgan. The owner happened to be hanging out and chillin' while the class was going on. I truly shocked the owner. I moved in ways that she didn't see coming. I came out of the closet so to speak! Lol.

Kelsie is one of the best instructors I have taken classes from. As an “over 50” client, I have been in studios where I have felt the workout was geared toward a younger clientele - not the case here. Kelsie molds her classes to her audience, always providing modifications where needed. Her cueing is so clear and focused, and she runs her classes and her studio in the most professional way. Kelsie is an absolute guru at what she does! She is kind and knowledge beyond her years. She is able to adapt her practices so that people of all abilities have the opportunity to engage in physical activities. Kelsie worked with me after back surgery and has always been a go-to for anything health and fitness related.
