I started seeing Dr Court to help with the trauma and depression of my son being murdered. It went well for a little while. I even kept my word and stopped drinking. Her staff is so incompetent, not only could they not keep up with calling my meds in , I actually told them to remove me as her patient. Then I get a notification months later that I had 2 prescriptions ready . She had pulled me off of those so I called and asked what was really going on. Dr. Court has a real problem responding to patients in a timely manner. Sadly, she has delegated too much authority to her staff, and staffs attitudes towards patients is severely affecting the quality of care her patients receive. If her CMA's are allowed to run the show, intercept communications, bark at patients they don't like; this medical practice can't last long.
My husband and I both see Dr. Court. We were looking for a Dr. who would listen and that we could trust. I am happy to say we have!
Dr. Court is the best doctor in Marshall! I love going to see her!
