I had similar incident that people leaving reviews. If you need to get in touch with her I found her and took her to court to get our paperwork back from her. It was a success getting them back and having court fees paid for
Kelsi disappeared leaving my case with no update she left with 4000 dollars. Now I can’t find her and I don’t know anything about my immigration case at all.
Never returns calls, still owes us money. Our case took much longer than other people we know who filled at the same time, pretty sure they delayed filing paperwork. Will be looking into filing charges, what's they are doing should be illegal.
