I came here tonight, I was greeted by Kate, who was as hospitable as she was welcoming. She met and exceeded my customer service expectations consistantly throughout my visit. I ordered the half pan nachos, which were both fresh, hot, and delicious. The only thing brighter than my experience at kelseys was Kate's smile, and I will be returning.
One star less for slow and delayed service. The food was good.
Alisha was great tn came in for there free spinach dip Wednesday deal she made us laugh and had all our drinks full always

Slow Service, Over Salted Food, Music Volume made it hard to communicate. Filthy toilets.
