My daughter steak was well over cook and they never offered to remove, discount it or offer a free dessert like other restaurants do
We had a reservation for more than 20 people, so the restaurant knew in advance that we were a large group. We understand that serving a large party can be difficult, but the way we were treated was not acceptable. Our server was impatient and unprofessional throughout the evening. Their tone made our group feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were not asking for special treatment, we only expected basic respect and polite service.
