We had an unimpressive visit at this Kelsey's a couple of months ago, and the manager reached out asking us to try them again. We visited again and had a very, very different experience -- the food was hot and the server gave us the perfect amount of attention. I admit that I really miss my long-time favourite Cracked Peppercorn Burger which is no longer on the menu. The full plate of nachos is lots, for even a few people to share. Only complaint is happy hour pricing is to short :)
Going downhill. The mens washroom smells as bad as an outhouse. We normally order the grilled cheese and fries for our kids. Now that our kids are getting bigger, they ask for an extra grilled cheese. It makes sense to me that you would be able to order a second sandwich as a side, and be charged less. Not here!! They want you to buy a second grilled cheese meal at full price, $10.99 plus tax for an extra two slices of bread and a piece of cheese.
