Need to cook a baked potato 🥔 that you can eat ! Had to send it back and the same thing again! I had to eat my steak by it self it was amazing but would have been great to have a potato to go with it. My husband and I only go out twice a year for a romantic dinner out. This was not worth going out for.
We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. After waiting over an hour, both of our meals arrived cold. While the wait was frustrating, the management's response was what truly made the situation unacceptable. When the manager approached us, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation; instead, she simply blamed a kitchen system error. We ordered take out and the order was incorrect but the manager did an excellent job and delivered another order to the hotel for us. She went beyond what I expected as well. That's amazing service! 5 Star service thank you!
Kelsey’s rarely disappoints when we bring the boys. Huntsville’s Connie is a great server. So warm and welcoming. Thank you.
