The food was really good! We go to Kelsey’s often because we love the food. This past time, however, the service ruined our experience. Our food order was screwed up. No apology given or even acknowledgement for that matter. The server was in training - but she was overwhelmed and her trainer didn’t check in on us or seem to care. We were waiting for almost 20 minutes for our bill and when it came I was charged for two pops instead of one - but do you think I could get anyone’s attention to fix it? Went for dinner. Never been and we were so delighted with everything. Service was top notch, very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were lucky to be served by Alisha and Fallon. Our dinners were excellent, never had a fish dinner as good as this .We were surprised by a delicious (on the house) cheese cake for dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back. Had such a great experience celebrating my daughter's birthday as I came from out of town our Server Laura was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The food was amazing and fresh

A very disappointing experience, the staff was rude and kept rushing us. On top of the okayish food, the server very blatantly asked to be tipped after the below average customer service.
