Had their chicken wings unbreaded. Very good. As a side I picked a beet and goat cheese salad. Delicious.
I worked at this location for 6 months and recently left. Unfortunately, I am still owed payment for tips I earned and for my share of the mandatory tip pool from shifts I worked before leaving. I have requested this multiple times and have been told I will not be paid. This is now being escalated to the Ontario Ministry of Labour for resolution. We came to this location because the Upper James and Rymal location has been horrible for service but have periodically had better service here. We walked in and was asked where we wanted to be seated. Both side of the restaurant looked dead but bar side looked busier so chose to sit there, were were the only ones seated in that area about 8pm on a Thursday. 4 waitresses bussled about for at least 15 minutes until one waitress finally —from the bar —-yelled to our booth across the room—“what can I get you guys to drink”.
