I had my first doctor's visit in the USA, and Dr. Trivedi was fantastic. She spent quality time discussing my daughter's concerns and provided helpful guidance on what to do next. She also followed up with a call to offer additional suggestions about my daughter's needs. I really appreciated how she treated us.

My visit was super short. I don’t think I sat alone for more than two minutes between checking in and speaking to the Med Assistant, not between speaking with her and then my Dr. having the Kelsey Seybold app has made everything easier and more streamlined for me! And Dr Lee is genuinely the absolute best. I was treated by him for Long COVID, and he always listens and shows care and attention to my concerns and needs. Nice, friendly and efficient clinic in the Tanglewood area. The doctors are knowledgeable and experienced. We had brought our grandkids and they were at ease throughout. The clinic wasn't busy this weekday morning and we were in and out quickly. The ambience in the clinic is great. This is one place we would not like to visit frequently but if we needed to, this is a place we trust.

I recently visited this clinic for what I thought was a routine cyst examination. However, I was taken aback when I was informed about the clinic's out-of-network status with my insurance, a fact that wasn't communicated during my previous visits. I understand that insurance matters can be complex, but I would have appreciated transparency upfront. The sudden change in billing practices without prior notice or discussion is disappointing.
