The doctor was good very understanding. This is my first time seeing them. Their staff is definitely disappointing unless you are on top it. Apparently my insurance never got a PA until I lit a fire...the MA also gaslighted me as well. I never met a office staff like that. Isn't any medical field... Patient care 1#? That wasn't the case here.
Dr. Roldan was extremely professional and very kind to my mother. She took her time asking thoughtful questions, was very thorough in her work, and paid close attention to every detail. She spoke perfect Spanish, which was a huge plus for my 96-year-old mother, who is forgetful of her English. My mother felt very comfortable speaking with her and truly enjoyed the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Roldan!
